Project developing the promenade between Mar Gran and Mar Menuda, in the Tossa de Mar municipality

DESCRIPTION:
The project objective was to design, describe and create a budget for the necessary work for developing the Avinguda Sant Ramon de Penyafort, along the promenade stretching between Mar Gran and Mar Menuda, as well as the Mar Menuda promenade. The construction included defining a new section of the avenue with priority for pedestrians, improvements to the existing service infrastructure, and the replacement of the existing balustrade railing that separated the avenue from the sea.

The project included necessary construction defined in the POUM in order to complete the development and deliver the corresponding agreements to the city administration. The area in question covered 62 ha and 552 dwellings. The project forecasts the redesign of all the infrastructure networks and the paving of the road network.
